1. DELIVERY, SETUP, AND PICKUP

RESERVATION LENGTH: Ultimate Bouncers, LLC’s business hours differ based on each rental agreement. All units will have a “one day” rental agreement and can range from 6:00am to 10:00pm. Due to safety regulations we require all units to be picked up within 1 ½ hours after sunset (to be determined during rental agreement). Rental times and days will be discussed during the reservation of the respective unit(s). Multiple day rentals are available for indoor use only.

DELIVERY: Ultimate Bouncers offers FREE delivery within 30 miles of Sartell, MN. Charges outside of the 30 mile radius will incur the current IRS mileage reimbursement rate, per mile both ways. Delivery time begins as early as 6:00am but will be determined during the rental agreement.

SITE PREPERATION AND SETUP: Inflatables can be setup on a level surface such as grass, asphalt, concrete, or hardwood (no sand or dirt surfaces). Customer should ensure the site is large enough for setup and is prepared prior to delivery (i.e. Grass clippings picked up if recently mowed, leaves, sticks, and/or branches removed, vehicles/obstacles removed from site, etc).

If upon delivery, Ultimate Bouncers determines the site is unsuitable for setup (i.e. not large enough space to accommodate bouncer, site is not prepared properly, etc), a cancellation of the event may occur resulting in full payment by the Lessee of the bouncer.

After setup, the person who made the reservation or who made payment must be present to go over the safety guidelines and rental agreement with a staff member from Ultimate Bouncers. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the inflatable unit after setup to ensure unit is clean and free from tears prior to signing rental agreement.

PICKUP: Ultimate Bouncers will begin pick up of the rental unit from the customer’s requested time, not before, up to 1 ½ hours after. If the customer is finished using the bouncer before the pickup time, he/she can unplug the unit until the driver arrives for pickup. Each inflatable will be inspected before tear down with a staff member of U.B. and the Lessee to ensure no damage has incurred during the rental time frame.

2. PAYMENT

DEPOSIT: Ultimate Bouncers requires a 50% down deposit for each rental agreement with all acceptable forms of payments. A deposit ensures the renter has the unit reserved for their specific event.

CREDIT CARD: All major credit cards are accepted (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, etc). To pay by credit card, the customer must pay before delivery time (either during reservation time or upon confirmation). If the name on the credit card is different than the person making the reservation and the credit card owner will not be present to sign for the rental, the renter will be responsible for informing Ultimate Bouncers of who will be present to sign the rental agreement.

CHECKS: Ultimate Bouncers limits acceptance of checks to business checks only. All payments using business checks must be received a minimum of 3 days prior to the reservation date. Checks will not be accepted during the delivery time. All returned checks will be charged a $30 penalty fee. No personal checks accepted.

CASH: The preferred method of payment is cash on delivery (C.O.D.). If a customer prefers to pay the remaining amount of the rental after deposit with cash, the credit card used for the 50% down deposit will remain on file for security reasons (will not be charged for rental).

3. CANCELLATION/WEATHER POLICY

CANCELLATION: In the event a customer decides to cancel their reservation, the renter will not be refunded the 50% deposit. If the customer is unable to speak to a representative of Ultimate Bouncers via phone (320-252-1155), the customer is still responsible to leave a voicemail or send an email to info@ultimatebouncersmn.com about cancelling their reservation. Failure to do so will result in no refund.

INCLEMENT WEATHER: In the event of rain or severe weather with winds exceeding 20mph during your rental date, Ultimate Bouncers reserves the right to cancel delivery. If cancellation is determined prior to delivery, the renter will be charged the 50% deposit and offered a rental of equal or lesser value within a 12 month time frame from the original rental date. The remaining 50% deposit owed will be charged at final delivery. After setup, the renter will be responsible for full payment of the rental unit and no refunds will be offered.
